At GoThriveMode, we stand behind our gear—and the grinders who wear it. If your order doesn’t fit right, feel right, or perform how you expected, no stress—we’ve got your back.

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. (No Exceptions)


✅ Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, make sure:

  • Item is unworn, in original condition

    Tags and packaging are still intact

  • Return is requested within 14 days of delivery

You provide proof of purchase (order number, receipt, etc.)

🔁 How to Start a Return

Include the following in your message:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you’d like to return

  • The reason for your return

If your return is approved, we’ll email you a prepaid return shipping label and step-by-step return instructions.

⚠️ Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

📦 Return Shipping Address

Return addresses vary depending on the item. Once your return is authorized, we’ll send you the correct warehouse or PO Box address for fast, smooth processing.

Feel free to contact us about anything. We respond between 24-48 hours on average.

  • Item is unworn and in like-new condition

  • Tags + original packaging are included

  • Return requested within 14 days of delivery

❌ Items You Can’t Return

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Final sale / clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or personalized gear

  • Personal care items (grooming, hygiene)

  • Hazardous or flammable products


💥 Received Something Wrong or Damaged?

If your gear arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect—email us at returns@gothrivemode.com within 5 days of delivery.
Include:

  • A photo of the item

  • Your order number

We’ll make it right—fast.


🌍 EU Customers – 3-Day Cooling-Off Period

Live in the European Union? You have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days of delivery, no questions asked. Items must be unused, with original tags and packaging included


💳 Refunds & Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • You'll get an email update with your refund status

  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days

  • Depending on your bank, it may take extra time for the refund to show up
